John F. McNulty - President/CEO & Founder

John founded Skycrest with 20+ years of accelerated-growth, change-agent-leadership experience, within some of  America's most highly respected companies. The common denominator for this continuum of superior growth has been through a copyright protected process called "Desired-Future-State."

Skycrest addresses the needs of a variety of Consumer-Technology-Focused clients, while serving to minimize investment risk for: Private Equity, Venture Capital, and Angel Investors.

John’s leadership experience includes the following category leadership companies:

John’s distinguished business career began as a Sales Representative with the Gillette Company.
He quickly developed a team-leader reputation for being able to achieve success, where marketplace obstacles were substantial, within Gillette’s highly competitive “Performance-Based-Culture”. As a result, John was promoted 7 times in a fast-track 8.5 year period. Relying upon Gillette’s globally respected management training, John’s leadership career has continued to advance, cultivating an ever-growing reputation within the consumer marketing industry, as a “change-agent-growth-accelerator.” Some of John’s more noteworthy leadership successes include:

*Macgregor Golf Company, where as Worldwide President , his team is credited with the financial turnaround of the industry’s oldest, and most award-winning brand. Keys to success while at Macgregor included an entirely new strategic plan, organizational team, expanded manufacturing-flexibility, new products/technologies, and the successful repositioning of Macgregor as the “World’s Finest Custom-Fit-Forged-Irons”; sold only in the premium priced specialty channel---a major brand image enhancement step, for MacGregor. During John’s tenure as President, MacGregor’s extraordinary renaissance, received two feature articles in Golf World Magazine.

*Eastman Kodak, where as Vice President & General Manager for the USA Mass Retail Channel, his team lead all North American GMs, in sales, profit, and market share growth---while successfully launching Kodak’s highly acclaimed Digital-Reimaging Centers (Copy-Print-Stations) in the USA. As a result’s of John’s team’s extraordinary success, he was honored with the prestigious SPARC Award, for the Photography category, by “Discount Store News”. Additionally, his team’s efforts in successfully combating FUJI’s entrée into the USA market, received note on the “Wall Street Journal’s” front page.

When John is asked for the “key to his leadership success”, he often states: “Being able to think & act like an entrepreneur, while relying upon the classic training & management discipline, provided by great historic companies such as Gillette & Kodak. “ John is a physical-fitness enthusiast, cyclist, and distance runner---having run the Chicago Marathon. John holds a Bachelor’s Degree, from Indiana University of Pennsylvania, with additional Executive Level Studies at Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management, and the University of Virginia’s Darden School of Business. John’s wife, Gail, is employed in the field of Medical-Research @ Indiana University’s Medical Center. They have 1 daughter, Meagan, a Freshman at Indiana University’s Ernie Pyle School of Journalism.




Ryan Swadley - Vice President/ Innovation and Digital Marketing:

Ryan possesses 10+ years experience with interactive marketing & digital marketplace innovation as both an entrepreneur and the President & founder of "Paladin," an award winning interactive marketing company. Ryan has been selected as a finalist 3 consecutive years in Indy's Best and Brightest Awards Program, as a Top 10 business professional 40 and under. His functional areas of expertise include strategic planning & project management to support brand-development & marketing campaigns for mid-tier & Fortune 500 companies. He has worked closely with companies to help them leverage the power of technology and the internet, using creativity & innovation. Ryan takes an active role in serving the community.  His involvement with FHL (Faith, Hope and Love) a local community outreach organization, also resulted in recognition by both the Indiana Governor Mitch Daniels and the President of the United States. Ryan received his Bachelor of Science Degree from Purdue University. Ryan's wife, Jenny Swadley is employed by Eli Lilly ® headquartered in Indianapolis, IN.

Based on Ryan's unique background in launching new ventures and the commercialization of new products and technologies, he became the Vice President of Skycrest in 2006. He works closely with high-potential entrepreneurs and micro-to-Fortune 500 companies to help them achieve commercial success using measurable internet strategies. He actively provides clients with strategic brand guidance, resources, technologies, and business planning assistance to help them grow through focus and discipline.

Patti Guerzo - Vice President Strategy and Finance:

Patti holds both MBA & CIA (Certified Internal Auditor) credentials. She brings 15 years experience to Skycrest Growth Accelerators clients, from industry leadership companies, such as Eastman Kodak & the privately held, Forbes 500 Chas. Levy Company. Her management experience and areas of expertise   include strategic planning, financial planning, internal auditing, operational excellence, customer service management, credit dept. management,   VMI (Vendor-Management-Inventory), CM (Category Management-GMROII) &   JIT-supply chain management.
